Maestro SIS

IHOPU's new Student Information System (SIS) is called Maestro! Maestro is a significant upgrade from our previous system and one which allows your registration and payment processes, as well as communication with IHOPU Administration, to be much more streamlined. We are hopeful that this will be a blessing to you throughout your time at IHOPU!

How do I access my Maestro account?

How do I make a payment in Maestro?

  1. After logging into Maestro to make a payment, on the left blue sidebar, click "Academic Info", then "Ledger"

  2. Make sure that the "Displaying" dropdown shows "All Charges that are due now or in the future"

  3. On the list of invoices that are due, click either the Invoice # or the Dollar Sign

  4. In the pop-up Invoice window, review the amount due and click "Proceed to Payment

  5. Enter your credit/debit card info, noting the service charge that is included in the amount and click "Submit"

Schoology LMS

Every course at IHOPU utilizes Schoology, a learning management system for schools that allows users to create, manage, and share content and resources. You will use Schoology to access course notes, quizzes and tests, group discussions, assignments, course grades, and more.

Student Guide is available on Schoology to help you set up your profile and navigate your account, including course updates and materials, grades, and attendance.

How do I access my Schoology account?

Option #2 - Within Your Maestro Account

  1. Under Academic Info > Current Courses (on the left-hand menu)
  2. Select the "Launch Course" button within any course
  3. Toward the top of the page, select the "LMS Credentials" tab and then select the arrow icon ➜ in the "Login" column

Option #2 - Directly on Schoology

(Your Schoology username and password are the same as your Maestro username and password)

  1. Via the Schoology website: schoology.ihopu.org
  2. Via the Schoology mobile app: (Android or iOS)

Can't Remember Your Maestro username and password?

You can receive an email with your Maestro/Schoology account credentials by using the "Forgot Password" option on the Maestro login page. After selecting Forgot Password, enter your IHOPU email address and select the Request button.
