WHAT IS LAUNCH DAY?
We've planned Launch Day, at the start of each semester, as an opportunity to corporately align our hearts to the Lord, welcome one another back, and meet our new students. We've found that this is a key time to set our course in reaching for the fullness of what Jesus would have for our school in the new semester. It's become one of our sweetest times as a school.
ATTENDANCE
Launch Day attendance is required for all students.
Online students, you will receive a break during the 4pm Games & Hangs segment. Online students, please email [email protected] if the Launch Service time is difficult for your time zone.
SCHEDULE
10am-12pm: Prayer for IHOPU (GPR)
Please join us at the Global Prayer Room as we pray for the Lord to pour out His Spirit in this coming year. This GPR prayer meeting is required for all students except for current NightWatch students.
4pm: Games & Hangs (IHOPU Student Center)
Hang out with us at the Student Center! We'll have board games and video games.
5pm: Soup Night (IHOPU Student Center)
Dinner will be a selection of hearty soups with all of the "extras" provided by you. You can find your designated "extras" below: • Freshmen: Drinks • Sophomores: Sides or Snacks • Juniors & Seniors: Desserts
6:30pm: Launch Service (IHOPU Room 107)
We will posture our hearts before the Lord and seek what He is saying to us for the year ahead. Come, ready to worship and press in.
